Tiny toes in the grass. Belly laughs at Elmo. Twinkle in her eye.
Delilah is one!

A year (almost to the day) after Delilah's newborn photos, I had the honor of photographing her first birthday photos in the wildflower.

What a joy she is! Smiling and dancing and exploring.
May these photos help to remind her how much her mom and dad love her as she grows.

I will never get over how special it is to be asked into families lives to document these super special milestones (and the everyday). I do not take this job lightly!

One of the things I was most excited to photograph this summer were backyard sessions. Getting a glimpse into a family’s regular routine and all the things that scream SUMMER to them. Like jumping in the sprinkler, tending the garden, and playing on the swing set.

I will never stop being grateful for all the core memories I get to immortalize through photography. What an honor it is.

Golden hour, wildflowers, and an artist who fits the setting perfectly.

My sweet neighbor needed updated photos for her music gigs, and this field felt like it was made for her.

She sings, writes songs, plays guitar, teaches sewing classes, runs her own business, and somehow does it all with so much heart.

The light, the flowers, the earthy vibes... everything came together beautifully for this one.

Every time I photograph this family, I leave smiling.

These girls were so comfortable in front of the camera this year, and it showed in every photo.

And Nellie? She made sure I got a proper lesson on Galinda's iconic "toss, toss" move. 💚✨

Between the giggles, the confidence, and all the sweet family moments, this session was such a fun way to wrap up the evening.

Sprinkler runs. Popsicle-stained smiles. Catching lightning bugs after dinner. Staying outside just a little longer.
