It’s almost time!! Christmas Minis will officially open for booking TODAY, along with inspiration from each studio so you can see exactly what this year’s setups + color palettes will look like. 😍

And you guys. . . the setups this year are SO GOOD this year!

We’ll have a few completely different Christmas looks to choose from, so whether you love warm + neutral, classic Christmas, cozy, or a little more elevated, there’s something for you. 🎄✨

I am taking significantly fewer Christmas Mini sessions this year, which means there will be fewer appointments available than in previous years. Once a date is full, I will not be adding a bunch of extra spots.

Spoiler alert. . . it isn’t finding the “perfect” location or knowing how to pose!

The real secret?

✨Movement. Guidance. Confidence.

You don’t have to show up knowing what to do. That’s my job.

Throughout your session, I’ll guide you through every pose, every movement, and every little detail so your photos look natural instead of stiff or awkward. By the end of your session, you’ll probably forget there’s even a camera in front of you.

That’s when the magic happens✨

✨SENIOR TIP #1: Don’t choose your location just because it’s pretty.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is seniors choosing a location because they saw it on Pinterest or because everyone else is taking pictures there.

Here’s my advice. . .

Choose a location that tells your story!

Maybe that’s:
-Your football field.
-The barn where you’ve spent countless hours.
-Your family’s farm.
-The lake you’ve grown up going to.
-Your first truck.
-Your school’s theater.
-The place where you feel most like yourself.

Years from now, your senior photos won’t just remind you what you looked like. They’ll remind you of who you were during one of the biggest seasons of your life.

That’s what makes a gallery timeless.

I don’t know who needs to hear this. . .but PLEASE don’t wait until the last minute to book your senior photos✨

Your senior year only happens once.

It’s football games, homecoming, late night ice cream runs with your best friends, college decisions, “last first days,” and all the little moments you’re going to wish you could go back to someday.

Your senior photos should feel like you. Not awkward. Not rushed. Not something you checked off your to do list.

If you’ve been following my work and thinking, “Maybe I should book. . .” this is your sign babe. 🫶

And if you’re a junior getting ready to become the Class of 2028. . . my Senior Rep Team is hands down one of my favorite parts of the entire year. It’s so much more than taking pictures. It’s new friendships, fun group shoots, memories you’ll actually remember, and photos you’ll be obsessed with.
