One of the most amazing things we get to do when on the Island is to go clamming. Quahogs are plentiful in the pond & we came back to my parents house with enough for steamers that day, as well as frozen bellies for us to make chowder and stuffers here at home.

Happy Monday! I hope you all had a good weekend. :) We took a mini-vacation to visit my parents on Martha's Vineyard. It was the perfect refresh and recharge. Beach walks, dips into 55 degree waters, hikes, and kayaking in 2.5 days. We packed it in!

I'm incredibly disappointed to say that I won't be able to attend the Harvest Festival on Sunday. :( That said, I have new work to share and I'll be uploading them to my Etsy shop this coming coming week.

If you're looking for something to do on Sunday afternoon, definitely take a drive over to Arlington Cemetery and check out the festival. I've heard GreenHorn Gardens will have a pumpkin patch and activities for the kids, not to mention food and music. It should be an incredible time!

At the last GreenHorn Gardens pop-up event, I chatted with the Inquirer. Looks like I made the article with a brief quote. :) I'm definitely amused, out of the lengthy conversation we had, those were the words he chose to quote. LOL

Come join me and a lot of other artisans & vendors at Greenhorn's Harvest Festival on Sunday, October 25th! I'll have some new work to show off, as well as some crowd favorites (like the now famous "winsome piglet".) ;)

Green Horn Farms has breathed new life into a greenhouse at Arlington Cemetery in Upper Darby, PA., and is part of many activities and events hosted by the beautiful Delaware County burial ground.

I was at the beautiful Winterthur Garden Estate yesterday. There were so many wonders to take in, among them this gorgeous tree. The way it grew - all gnarled and twisty. So interesting to see!

😍 He's framed! How great does he look up on the mantle? I'm in love.

This frame is special, too. My grandfather, an immigrant from Norway, was a talented carpenter. He crafted this frame well over 50 years ago. It's showing its age, but I think it makes it even more perfect to highlight this little piglet, don't you?

Prepping photos & more this morning for the Harvest Festival at GreenHorn Gardens on October 25th. 🍁🍂 That piglet, though... Oh my goodness. Can't wait to get the little guy in the frame! Love seeing him so much bigger!
