Appointment Policy:
Always be on time to your appointments, please!
After 5 minutes late & no response, appointment will be canceled due to no show. If you respond, amount of time late will be reduced from the 20 minutes session remaining. (It is not fair for the next appointment to have to wait past their scheduled time)

Deposit:
**$20 deposit is non-refundable if canceled/no-show, unless you reschedule.**
If needing to change date & time we can always reschedule your appointment!

Late Policy:
After 5 minutes late, there will be charge a $5 late fee charge.
