My name is Mary, and I am the photographer behind Spooky Shutter! I have been shooting since I could hold a camera. Nearly two decades ago I discovered my penchant for shooting live music. Music has always been near and dear to my heart. I instantly fell in love with the art of capturing other artists creating and preforming their art. Capturing their sweat and memorializing the soul and passion b

ehind their own creation was an art in its own to me. Art capturing art. A photographer has the honor of showing how they see the world. In creating my own art, I strive to show the beauty in things where others may turn a blind eye. The beauty in darkness. The beauty in the macabre. The beauty in the sullen.
