The haze was thick here in Vegas. It was nice to see all the cool shots people were able to capture from around the country. This was the best I could muster though through the haze which has an interesting subtleness to it.

There are so many ways to photograph the eclipse. Many times people like to see the bright rays that extend far out like what you would see in person. I have some of those which I might toy with the edits soon, but for me, I always enjoyed the more subtle approach where you really see the prominences and the detail of the rays on a very light scope.

Let me know what you think and if you agree or disagree with the way I preferred to capture the eclipse or if you prefer how I did the last photo with the longer strands.
