TAKING PICTURES SOUNDS FUN! But!! It really is an Olympic sport lol
If you're planning to take photos longer than an hour! REST UP! The excitement and adrenaline wears off quickly! You'll be exhausted! Especially if you have been out the night before!!
Eat!! Before you start!
Drink plenty of water!!
Make sure your grooming is on point! Hair! Makeup! Nails!! ✔️
Meditate! See yourself having a great shoot! Especially if you are shy or nervous!!
Prepare! Don't rush and throw things together last minute! Wrinkled clothes! I'll fitting outfits!! Missing buttons! These little things take away from you feeling your best and you want to SHINE!! Whether we can "fix it" or not!
You feel your best, when you look your best!!
