The Sunday before last, I attended a styled shoot hosted by and .

Styled shoots are always so much fun because you get to collaborate with other creatives, photographers, and vendors. I was stoked to start meeting people here in Arizona, and it went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and fun, and of course, I got to work with the cutest couples!

BTW, Arizona is blowing me away, and I’m stoked to start exploring and shooting now that I’m all settled! Stay tuned to see more of this gorgeous state! 😭

I’ve been in Phoenix for about a month now, and I LOOOOVE it! BUT you can take the girl out of the mountains, but you can’t take the mountains out of the girl!

It’s been raining here in Phoenix, so I’m missing the snow just a little bit today. How’s the weather where you are?!

I’m coming up on my last week in San Diego, and I gotta say: I’m really going to miss this place. (Obviously, I’ll be visiting all the time.)

I do this thing where I fall in love with every place I’ve lived, and I look forward to falling in love with Arizona next.

My time here in San Diego has been filled with so much growth. I’m truly grateful for all my friends and my San Diego family. I’ve had a pretty incredible experience here, so thank you.💕

Your favorite lil Ging, here! Just thought it was time to grace your timeline with my goofy ass.

I’ve spent the last few weeks in Florida, and I didn’t bring my camera. It’s been SUPER weird not taking any photos, but don’t worry! I’ll be shooting in San Diego this weekend.

I’m moving to the Phoenix area in about a week, but I will be taking sessions in San Diego while I’m there if anyone wants to squeeze in a shoot!

I flew to Alaska for 36 hours a few weeks ago to photograph this beautiful girl for her Senior photos, and I was blown away by how breathtaking it was.

I have been pretty limited in traveling for photography the last few years (and especially this year with COVID), but I HAD to make the trip for one of my favorite cousins and closest friends!

I’m REALLY hoping to be able to travel more in the next few years and start crossing places off my bucket list. What is number one ☝️ on your bucket list right now?!

This beautiful sunrise shoot could not have been more perfect for my last (planned) shoot of 2020 and my last shoot living in San Diego.

I’m taking a little break from shooting while I travel, move to Arizona, catch up on editing, and work on the rebrand of my website.

Im incredibly excited for this next chapter in my life, and I can’t wait to share it with you! Here’s to embracing change!

Hey, it’s me, your girl, Ging!

It’s been a little while since I’ve shown my face around here. Here’s a quick recap of what’s going on in my life:

I took some time off from my business to focus on my mental health and it’s been an uphill battle.

I think back to January, and I’m a completely different person now. I’ve experienced so much pain but that’s caused me to grow so, so much. I’m really proud of who I am and how far I’ve come.

I’m moving to a new place where I don’t know a single soul. I’m terrified, but I think it’ll be really good for me to continue living out of my comfort zone. I’m hoping it’s the Phoenix area, but there’s still a few things that need worked out!

I’m working on a complete rebrand that’s aligned with who I am today and who I want to be tomorrow.

That being said: I’m changing my business name. I think “Ginger Nicole” is the perfect fit. It’s my given birth name, and it’s a name that will never change. It’s who I am. I am Ginger Nicole.

I love everyone who has supported me endlessly. You are what keeps me going, and you’re the reason I’m here today. Thank you. I love you.
