Progress photo update. Feeling great. Mindset, diet, dedication, turning fails into wins. 310 Nutrition my constant source of protein. I'm happy, I'm healthy, I'm stronger today than I was yesterday. Push your limits and never give up. Set a goal, achieve it, set another. Never settle. Don't stay idle. Peek in the rear view to see where you came from. Stay humble. Keep looking forward. Little progress report as to my first 3 weeks of keto. I will say it's been a learning experience. This is by far the hardest but easiest way to lose weight. The easy part is how fast the weight comes off. The hard part is learning what to put in your body for good fats to start the fat burning for energy process. So the first couple weeks I was testing my urine a few times a day to see my ketone levels and they were all over the place. I wasn't consuming more than 15g net carbs and day to day my food intake was pretty close to the same. There aren't many options when you try to stick to carnivore with the 310 shakes. So the last week my ketones have been off the charts. Floating in the highest level. It is constant too. No more fluctuation. I'm down over 20lbs. Even with 1 slip meal along the way. I really can't emphasize how difficult it is to do this. More so mentally. I found myself craving things that I really wouldn't catch myself eating even if I could eat them. I guess the knowing I can't have it plays a roll. It surely has been a challenge. I'm glad this isn't long term for me. Just a little boost to get rid of some stubborn fatty areas. I also haven't lost any muscle mass and I've definitely gained strength. I'm consuming 250+ grams of protein a day. Below is a back shot comparison from before keto (left) and during keto (right) I can see the V shape taking shape from my shoulders to my waist and I can see muscle definition forming in my back around my shoulder blades. I've added an extra day in the gym each week to my chest, back, and core routine. Everything else is still getting it's weekly routine. I'm considering a cheat day next weekend for the holiday. Then I'd like to try another 2-4 weeks of this before I dial it back and introduce healthy carbs (fruits and veggies) back into my eating habits. It's been a trip! Let me introduce you to a true inspiration! This is Tommy! I met him at the gym today. Seeing this kid do what he does lit a serious fire in me. Tommy is an example that no matter what life is throwing at you that if you throw yourself back at it nothing can stop you or hold you back.

310 Nutrition cookies n cream shake with 310 PB powder, 310 MCT oil, 310 greens, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk before the gym.

Good day and great workout. Full body today to head into a well earned rest day tomorrow. Chest, back, shoulders, and cardio.

As of this morning I was down 5.4lbs since Monday.
