You just dropped your youngest off at college and now you’re sitting there like 👀

what am I even doing?
who am I?
what do I want?
🤷🏻‍♀️

Because the past couple of decades have revolved around the kids schedule. And all of a sudden, you have nothing but free time.

You come home from work and stare at the four walls of your house wondering who you are now. The words “Empty nester” just sounds so depressing. And you are SO MUCH MORE than just an empty nester.

But babe. You’ve done it. You raised those babies. They’re out on their own now. You’re so damn proud of them (as you should be) and now YOU deserve to be celebrated.

Because parenting is crazy hard work.
You deserve a day to be taken care of for once.
To celebrate everything that you’ve done for those humans.

Ive got the perfect place just for you. You won’t have to raise a finger - and you’ll be the star for the day.

August is a lot. Back to school shopping. Schedules flipping upside down. Every kid needs something and somehow it’s all due this week. You’ve been running the show and nobody’s asked how YOU’RE doing.

So here’s your permission slip. One day. No one needs you. No one’s tugging your sleeve. Just you, in front of the camera, remembering what it feels like to be seen as more than a mom.

You don’t have to have it together. You don’t have to lose the summer weight or fix your roots first. You just have to show up. I’ll handle the rest.

Like it’s just going to *magically* show up on your calendar one day and you’re going to feel the confidence then.

I’ve got news for you.
There is no “right time”.

There’s no version of your life where everything is calm and settled and you finally feel ready. That day doesn’t exist. It never has. 😬

YOU are the one who makes it the right time.
By deciding.
Deciding that today counts.

Deciding you’re not going to keep pushing this to “after the holidays” or “after this busy season” or “after I feel more ___.”

Deciding you’re tired of watching the calendar 📅 instead of living your life.

So you can keep waiting for that 🪄 magical 🪄 sparkly moment, or you can create your own magic. 😉

Your kids don’t learn confidence because you tell them they’re beautiful.
They learn confidence by watching how you treat yourself. 👀

They see you hide from the camera.
They hear the comments you make about your body.
They watch you put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own.

And whether you realize it or not, they’re taking notes. 📝

If you want your children to grow up believing they’re worthy, capable, beautiful, and enough,
They need to see you believe it about yourself first.

Choose yourself sometimes.

Take the trip.
Buy the dress.
Say yes to yourself.
And maybe…book the photoshoot. 😉

Let them SEE what self-worth looks like.
Because that lesson will stay with them far longer than anything you could ever say. 😘
