📸 A Friendly Reminder About Booking Policies 💬

Hi everyone! As my schedule continues to grow, I wanted to share a quick reminder about my booking and rescheduling policies. These policies help me keep my calendar fair for all clients and ensure I can continue providing the best experience possible.

✨ Booking
• A non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of your session fee is due at the time of booking.
• Your session date is not reserved until the retainer has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your session.

✨ Rescheduling
• Reschedules are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Please provide at least 3 days’ notice whenever possible.
• Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a $25 fee.
• After a second reschedule, a new 50% retainer will be required to reserve an additional date.
• After a third reschedule, no-call/no-show, or cancellation, all fees paid will be forfeited and future bookings will not be accepted.

I completely understand that life happens, and I do my best to work with clients when unexpected situations arise. Communication is incredibly important to me. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I am often much more flexible when there is open communication than when I am left wondering whether a client plans to attend their session.

I often book weeks—and sometimes months—in advance. When a session is reserved, that time is held specifically for that client, and I frequently turn away other inquiries for the same date and time. Over the past few months, I’ve had several situations involving multiple reschedules, no-call/no-shows, and last-minute cancellations. While I always try to accommodate changes, repeated reschedules can make it difficult to offer those openings to other families who are waiting to book.

Because of this, I cannot guarantee specific dates or immediate availability when a session needs to be rescheduled multiple times.

Thank you for your understanding, support, and respect for my time and small business. I truly appreciate every family who trusts me to capture their memories and look forward to creating beautiful memories with you. 🤍

✨ Pay What You Can Sessions — June 13th ✨

I currently have TWO evening openings available for my pay what you can sessions on June 13th 🤍

These sessions are 30 minutes long and include 20 edited images. The minimum payment for these sessions is $50. These are meant to be relaxed, fun, connection-focused sessions with movement, laughter, and genuine moments captured throughout your session.

Available times:
• 6:00 PM
• 6:40 PM

These sessions are “pay what you can,” meaning anything above the $50 minimum is completely up to you and what works best for your family/budget. No judgment, no pressure — everyone deserves beautiful memories with the people they love. 🤍

These spots are limited and first come, first served. Message me if you’d like to claim one of the openings or if you have any questions! ✨
