Ain’t nobody messin’ with this family💥
First need to show off this amazing family and then I have some UPDATES for you all!⬇️
I’ve been close to this family for a few years now and all of them are just as bad*ss and loving as they appear!
It’s been a blessing to be friends with them and it was such an honor to update their family pictures for the first time since their girls were itty bitty!

1️⃣I’m raising my prices and updating packages March 1st. Book your sessions now to grab your time slot with my current prices!
2️⃣To kick off the year, I’m taking 20% off your session if you book between now and the end of January!

Hey there!🌞🌷
Realizing I’ve been totally neglecting to post all the exciting things happening for a while here.
🍂So here’s a little update!🍂🎃
This fall season has been such an exciting one and my first officially busy season for Monique Sutherland Photography LLC! 🎊
It has been the absolute best being able to do what I love and with such great clients🤍 The happiest kind of busy that I’ve been hoping for
On top of busy season in my own business, it has also been busy season for school photography! As some of you know I work for a wonderful company that allows me to stay on my feet while my business grows🌱 Getting to take pictures of the sweetest kiddos all day makes my heart so full. I love being able to boost them up for the little time I have with each kid. They’re at such an impressionable, important, sometimes difficult time in their lives that me knocking down their insecurities, hyping them up for all they are, and getting that great picture of them can really make a difference sometimes. Sometimes I get to help put print packages together in the lab for my students which is so fulfilling to see it all really come to life. Especially for the big sweethearts that celebrated the victory of their best picture and I know their family is about to see them with the happiest excitement that they now have this beautiful keepsake of their loved one.
Lastly, my family and I have been prepping for Cody’s deployment in less than two weeks. Lot planning without the details needed to make a plan about sums that up 😅 Needless to say there’s been a lot of changed plans and questions and 🤷🏼‍♀️about what’s gonna happen while hoping for the best. As of right now, going for business as usual as much as possible with a little help from my friends 🤍 So here’s to hoping all goes well without big snafus and becoming the favorite dog parent for once 🐕😂 Hard to compete with Cody when they literally were on a whole deployment together without me where he aided her birth

Happy Labor Day everyone!
Hope that you’re all making the best of the last bits of summer🌞
Summer always has been and always will be my favorite season. I love the warmth, freedom, and adventure that comes with it.
The photo I took here represents one of the major highlights for those reasons this year, which I got to share with family 🧡 Very thankful to have been able to create such grand memories with family this summer between Maine, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Idaho, etc. It had felt long awaited and much needed✨
Now here’s to more good things coming this Fall🍂

While I have East Coast family visiting, I will be focusing on spending time with them and traveling around to enjoy this beautiful state’s dynamic landscapes.
I won’t be doing sessions during this time, but still send any questions or inquiries and I will get to them as I can.
Already visited Zion, a picture I took there is featured in the background of this post. Can’t wait to book some sessions there!!

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸
Throwing it back to this photo I took at the end of July last year. The session that really kickstarted Monique Sutherland Photography LLC. I’ve done photography for the past 9 years, but something about this session just clicked and I finally knew what I wanted out of my photography career. I knew that I wanted to exactly this, running my own business as a photographer who offers sessions to people. I also really fell in love with couples sessions! Couples and families really remain my favorite sessions to do✨ It’s crazy to think about it only being a year ago because my business and I have already come so far in that time.
