I believe in the power of stories.
For centuries, stories have been passed down from generation to generation. These stories help us learn, grow and remember. Today, many of us believe our story is unimportant. We are cogs in a machine that is constantly moving, but we don't believe we can really impact anything.
I believe your story is valuable. I believe your story is worth telling.
I am beginning a passion project- I want to tell your story. Your story has the power to change someone's life.
Together, we will curate a photoshoot that will speak to who you are. Then, I will send you a questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is received I will write your story to be shared on my blog and socials. You will also get a gallery of your photos and the story for you to share however you would like. There is no charge. Your photos are entirely free. I only ask that you allow me to tell your story.
Can we tell 20 stories by the end of the year?

When my eldest daughter was born, my husband and I made the decision to never post her face on social media. The risks were too great, even then, for us to feel comfortable allowing her image to be shared online. We wanted to protect her in that way as well as give her autonomy over her future social media presence. It was a choice we felt very confident in. Now, five years later, I feel even more strongly that children's faces should not be shared online.
Opening a photography business has not changed my opinion of whether children's identity should be shared online and I have structured my images, website and social media as such. I will not post any child's face online ever.

Thought I would see if any of my followers would be interested in sending out the summer in style. ☀️☀️☀️
I'd love to throw an end of summer bash and get some great photos! These were taken in my pool! So much fun.
