Dzhan Wiley Photography www.dzhanwiley.com I am a photographer. A midwife. A mother. I am a daughter, a wife and a friend. Then came midwifery. This is the era of the gypsy that has landed.

A believer in laughter and grit and bright blue skies; subtle magic, unconditional love and loud music. I received my photography training in California, in the late 90's. I spent the next few years living and working in Oakland, Seattle, New York City, Miami and Barcelona, predominantly in the fashion industry. I spent close to a decade working as a licensed midwife, catching hundreds of babies b

efore having my own and deciding to return to photography full time. A time of savoring the delicious flavors of home and community and family. A time of being the poetry of sitting still. And capturing images of the beauty that life is.
