I am a very down to earth person and try to give grace everywhere I can, I want to make having quality portraits something every family has. I live in Leavenworth and travel to surrounding areas and take photos on location.

There’s something about fall that makes everything feel a little warmer, softer, and worth remembering.
My calendar is currently pretty flexible, which means I have room for weekday evenings, weekends, and even some last-minute sessions throughout the season.
Families, couples, kiddos, seniors, maternity, milestones, or simply documenting this chapter of life — you don’t need a special occasion to make photographs worth keeping.
And you don’t have to wait for one of my scheduled mini-session events. Regular sessions can be planned around your schedule, your family, and the kind of location and look you have in mind.
Payment plans are available, and I also accept trades/barter. If you want photos but need a little flexibility to make it happen, just talk to me. 🤎

Half a year of Jaxel. 🤎
Six months of growing, learning, giggles, little expressions, and a personality that seems to get bigger by the day. It’s hard to believe this sweet boy is already halfway to his first birthday!
There is something so special about getting to freeze these little stages in time—the tiny toes, that mischievous little grin, the way he lights up when he sees Mom, and all those little details that will change before we know it.

📸 PHOTOGRAPHY SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE — SO LET’S TALK PAYMENT OPTIONS

One thing I want to make much better known about MAS Photography is that I offer payment plans, and I’m also open to trades and barter.

I know sometimes the hardest part is simply saying, “I really want these photos, but I need a little flexibility to make it work.”

So please talk to me. ❤️

💳 PAYMENT PLANS

At minimum, all I ask is that you talk with me about what works for your family and place a $20 deposit when your shoot is booked.

From there, we can set up a payment schedule that works for you.

You can choose:

• 1 payment
• 2 payments
• 3 payments
• 4 payments
• 6 payments
• 12 payments

Those payments can be spaced out based on a schedule we agree on together and include in your contract.

And here’s something I really want people to understand:

✨ You do NOT have to have your session paid in full before I photograph you.

Your scheduled session happens.
Your family comes out.
We take the pictures.
That moment is captured and secured in time — even while you’re still making payments.

After your session, you’ll receive a sneak peek of approximately 2–5 edited images, depending on the type of shoot, so you still get to see and enjoy some of what we created together.

Your remaining images are safely held while you finish the payment schedule we agreed upon.

Once your session has been paid in full, your complete gallery is released to you. ❤️

There isn’t any shame in needing time to pay for something.

I would much rather work with you than have you decide your family simply can’t have photographs because paying everything at once isn’t realistic.

I’m also very open to trading.

Services. Handmade items. Products. Furniture. Vintage finds. Things you make. Things you have. Things I may not even know I need yet. 😂

If you have something you think might make a fair trade toward a photography session, ASK ME.

The worst I can say is that it isn’t something I can use right now.

Trades and barter are handled case-by-case, and we’ll agree on the value and details beforehand so everyone knows exactly what is being exchanged.

Photography captures things we can’t get back — growing kids, changing families, pregnancies, milestones, relationships, and ordinary little moments that eventually become the big ones.

Money being tight shouldn’t automatically mean those memories don’t get documented.

You shouldn’t have to wait until life is financially perfect to preserve the life you’re living right now.

The Sweet One Collaboration brings together a custom cake from KC’s Sweet Creations and a professionally photographed cake smash experience with MAS Photography — giving families a fun, simple way to celebrate that huge first-birthday milestone.
These sessions will be photographed on location or in the comfort of your own home, giving each family a little more flexibility while still capturing all of those messy, adorable cake-smash moments. 🎂

Today is more than a grand reopening for MAS Photography. For me, it is a day I genuinely wasn’t sure I would ever get to see.
When I started MAS Photography, I had one simple goal: I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to have beautiful, quality portraits of the people and moments they love. Memories shouldn’t only belong to the people who can afford to pay for everything all at once. That is why I have always been willing to work with my clients and offer payment options—because I believe everyone deserves photographs they can hold onto for a lifetime.
When I started this business, I never imagined there would come a day when I would be wondering whether I would ever be able to pick up my camera and do this again.
Then my life changed in an instant.
I was involved in a severe car accident that left me with a broken neck and a broken leg. I’ll spare you all of the medical details, but the reality is that I am incredibly lucky to be here. I’m lucky to breathe on my own. I’m lucky to walk. And I am unbelievably lucky that today I get to say:
MAS Photography is officially reopening. 📸❤️
There is one person I will thank for the rest of my life.
Jeremy.
Jeremy did everything he could to save my life that day. Because of him, I am still here. Because of him, I get another chapter with my family, another sunrise, another laugh, another memory—and another opportunity to stand behind my camera.
He helped give me the ability to keep living my life, so that I can continue capturing yours.
There really aren’t words big enough for that kind of gratitude.

Since sunflower mini sessions are officially booking, I wanted to share a few favorites from a session in the sunflower fields last year. This session was a family session, but they had recently got engaged so we took a few to highlight her ring aswell.💛
I love how much variety these sessions can have — wide shots surrounded by blooms, sweet candid moments, close-up details, and those classic family images with the field stretching out behind you.
Every sunflower season looks a little different, which is part of what makes it so special. The blooms don’t stick around forever, so I’m soaking up every chance to create something beautiful while they’re here. 🌻📸

This session holds a little more meaning than most.
While I was still finding my footing again—literally— while still weaning off crutches, and needing a lot of help. I had the honor of capturing my sister during one of the most powerful seasons of her life… waiting on my nephew, Jaxal. 💙
There’s something about motherhood that slows time down and makes everything feel sacred, and standing there, healing myself, I think I saw it even clearer.
With Mother’s Day coming up, I couldn’t think of a more meaningful time to share these moments.
A quiet strength. A growing life. A love that starts long before a child ever arrives.
These images are a reminder that beauty doesn’t wait for perfect timing.
It shows up in the middle of healing, in the in-between moments, in the quiet strength we don’t always see in ourselves.
I’m easing back into sessions, taking on a few at a time as I continue to recover—and I couldn’t imagine a better way to return than this.

Healing, growing, and slowly getting back behind the lens. 🤍
I’m recovering well after my accident and truly appreciate all of the love, patience, and support during this chapter. While I’m not fully reopened just yet, I am currently taking a few clients here and there as I ease myself back into doing what I love.
This season has been one of healing, gratitude, and rebuilding—and I cannot wait to be back full force very soon. Thank you for continuing to support MAS Photography through it all. Your encouragement means more than you know.
