You know when you talk so someone and you leave every conversation feeling a little lighter, a little happier, and a little more sure that there’s more good out there than bad? Yeah, that’s Anne and Mike. Two people who are so clearly joyful on their own, brought together = MAGIC ✨
Our first call we spent dreaming a bit. They shared their vision and I said, “tell me more” - because, truthfully, it feels like I’ve been manifesting this exact Block Island Engagement Session for almost a decade. My husband and I had our own BI photos taken many years ago and finding a couple who has the island magic woven in their story, too, just feels special. Taking the time to get to know them and explore was *everything*
This evening on the island felt a bit like transporting from Italy to Hawai’i and somewhere in there we actually captured the true soul of Block Island. A tourist destination that allows moments of intimacy and memories to be created amidst its numerous tucked-away paths.
To say I’m grateful to have spent the day documenting the magic of these two is the biggest understatement.
