I’m so excited to be offering sessions again — in a way that feels more intentional, more meaningful, and more aligned with the kind of stories I love to tell.

While I may not be booking full-time, these seasonal minis allow me to still be present… to document more of my favorite people, and to capture the moments that matter most.

These sessions are created to hold onto connection — the quiet, in-between moments that often go unnoticed, but mean everything.

This is for every kind of love —
your babies, your partner, your family, your pet … whoever you call yours.

No stiff posing, no pressure — just a relaxed, natural experience in a beautiful, earthy setting.

Shear Bliss Photography is now Sunset Ridge Photography—inspired by our home on the ridge, where the noise fades and what truly matters remains. Where life feels slower, sweeter, and full of love.

This shift reflects a new chapter for me—one that’s more intentional, more grounded, and deeply rooted in connection.

As I step into this, I’ll be offering quarterly mini sessions—thoughtfully designed to capture meaningful, love-filled moments throughout the seasons.

It’s the very feeling I strive to preserve in every session—telling the story of your life and love in a way that feels natural, honest, and true.

👋🏻 hi there! I’ve been away for a little while but I’m still here! I’m taking on much less these days to prioritize rest in between days at my full-time job, but still love every minute of this business of mine. Feel free to always reach out and inquire about sessions. I’m just taking on much less since my schedule is so crazy and I am pickier about what I book! So have a fun idea? Reach out!
Today, I had the extreme honor to do another maternity/family session with this beautiful family. It has been truly enchanting to see them grow from a family of two, to a family of 3 and now soon-to-be a family of 4 🌻I loved every minute together

Where do I start? The stars aligned when it introduced Haley and I to each other ✨ When I met Haley and Evan last fall, I knew we were going to become great friends. Haley and I are similar in so many ways- we love the outdoors, horses and cats, we love to have fun and laugh, AND we love our electrician men and their beards 😂. Haley and I didn’t know it when we first met, but we also soon learned after meeting that each of us both experienced a similar, heartbreaking loss around the same age. We bonded more over a loss that many people are fortunate not to experience but we both understand. I am so thankful this universe introduced me to these two, and I am so honored to have been able to photograph such a special day between two beautiful people! It felt fitting that this was my last wedding, getting to celebrate two people I just absolutely adore, and on such a beautiful, fall day! I am so thankful for this little business and the amazing couples I have gotten to meet. Congratulations Haley and Evan, so much love to you both! 🤍

I had such a wonderful time tonight with two amazing people and their adorable pup 🧡 it was the perfect fall night! 🍁

This time with them made me realize that I can’t even imagine giving up couples photography. Capturing such special moments like these is priceless. After a much needed break, I will open my schedule again to couples sessions. It will be more limited and I will be slightly more selective on my bookings just to keep the art and passion alive! Keep following along for booking updates!
