Every wedding day is unique. Of course there are similarities and trends and traditions show up at every wedding but some weddings just feel different and special. Olivia & Tyler's The View at Bluemont Wedding was one of these weddings. It may have been the beautiful venue, the attire, the antique Porsche, the live band, or a mixture of all of these, but their day was truly one of my favorite wedding days in the 10 years I have been a wedding photographer.

A candlelit and espresso martini flowing wedding reception for Bari and Andres!

Old Angler's Inn was a great place for their intimate reception. They got married in March in Spain but wanted to have a viewing party of their ceremony with their family.

It all started with an ask. After over a decade of working in the wedding industry I have learned the power of the ask. And I can tell you that this event would not have happened had I been to afraid to make the ask. This Raspberry Plain Manor Wedding styled shoot was a culmination of years of hustling and making real relationships with other vendors in the industry. I am all about community and building something together that is meaningful. And asking to be in the spaces I want to be in has made that possible for me.

I am truly speechless. I am at a loss for words for the gratitude I feel, the joy in my spirit and the gratification of seeing my vision brought to life.

Today's Photography Workshop was beyond anything I thought I would accomplish and yet here we are. After a decade as a wedding photographer I think 2016 Danielle would be so amazed and proud of 2026 Danielle.

What’s the best way to plan a wedding when you’re big foodies? Have a wedding at your favorite restaurant? Have lots of different tastes for you and your guests to enjoy? Maybe even curate your own menu? Thao and Lennie did all of that and more! This Blue Rock Wedding had a 5-Course Meal that was completely curated by themselves and Chef Aaron Bachoon and Chef Ebony Haywood. And each dish was accompanied by a drink to compliment the dish. It was an experience.
