The Jeffers family welcomed sweet Wilson into the world, and when I say this little boy is loved… I truly mean it. The way this family loves each other is something beautiful to witness.

When Mama requests all the details, Mama gets allll the details!!

Sometimes life happens, and newborn sessions become one month sessions and that’s more than okay. Every tiny finger, every little toe, every sweet expression was still there for us to preserve, just as Mama hoped!!

I’m so thankful to be welcomed into your homes to capture these fleeting moments. They may not always happen according to plan, but they’re always worth remembering. These are the memories you’ll hold onto for a lifetime!

I give you The Farinango Spaeth family, plus one coming so, so soon 🩵

Wandering through wildflowers, picking off the occasional tick, chasing little feet, and embracing every bit of adventure… And honestly? Those are the sessions that are my jam.

I don’t expect perfectly posed children or forced smiles. I promise you, a parent standing behind me saying “just cheeeeese” is never going to give you the images you want 😆 we want alllll the giggles, the cuddles, the exploring, the snack breaks, the spontaneous hugs, and all the in between moments that make your family, YOUR family.

So whether you’re bribing with toys or candy, promising dessert before dinner, or simply letting your little ones lead the way, know that it’s all welcome here.

My goal is never to create perfect photos, it’s to preserve the season you’re in. The beautiful, messy, joy filled moments that you’ll look back on years from now and remember exactly how they felt.

Not every Backyard Collection Mini happened on mini session day… so for me that meant double the fun! ☀️

This sweet family had a vacation planned, so we found another date that worked and still captured their beautiful story. I’m so thankful we were able to make it happen because these memories are worth preserving and the sun came out too!!

Don’t ever think we can’t make your sessions happen when life comes up.. it just means God had different plans 🤍

Every Story, Beautifully Their Own!

These Nostalgic Backyard Collection Minis were so much more than quick photo sessions. Each family arrived with their own vision, personalities, and moments they wanted to preserve, and every single story unfolded differently.

The extra time together allowed space for genuine connection, playful moments, snuggles, and the beautiful little details that make each family uniquely who they are. There was no pressure to fit into a mold, just room to embrace the people God created them to be!!

As you scroll through these images, you’ll see that no two galleries are alike, and that’s exactly what I love most. Every detail and tender moment tells a story worth remembering.

The energy. The adventure. The constant movement. The superhero capes, sound effects, and imaginations that never seem to turn off!

As we wandered through the city, these three brothers transformed every corner into their own adventure. Dressed as superheroes, they raced ahead, laughed together, and proudly surrounded Mom and Dad, the real heroes in their story.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get any sweeter, Spider Man himself stopped in long enough to hang upside down and give Mama a kiss. 💙

With another little babe on the way, this family is about to begin a brand new chapter. One more little voice, one more set of tiny feet, and one more to join the adventure.

Watching these boys love their parents, celebrate their growing family, and fully embrace the magic of childhood, was such a blessing to capture!!

For some reason I just started singing.

Sometimes it was rainin’ and sometimes it would shine. We wore out that gravel road between your house and mine…aint no road to long when we meet in the middle.”🎶

The nostalgia is strong out here y’all…

The backyard is ready for this evening and I can’t wait to capture all the fun, carefree moments that made growing up in the 90s so special!!

Think summer evenings, backyard tag, old school country music, and memories that feel like home.

Ohhh how my heart has been stretched twice as big from documenting so many precious newborns.

Every newborn session reminds me just how quickly these days pass by. The tiny fingers, wrinkly toes, sleepy stretches, flaky skin, soft hair, and all those little newborn features that seem to change overnight. Before you know it, they’re gone.

My prayer is that during your newborn session, you are able to slow down and truly soak in every detail of your sweet baby. That for a moment, the dishes, laundry, sleepless nights, and endless to do lists can wait while you simply marvel at the miracle you’ve been given!

I love hearing your labor and delivery stories, talking about the exciting unknowns ahead, and celebrating this journey of parenthood with you. Before I even step foot in your home or location of your session, I pray for your baby, for your marriage, for your healing, and for the road ahead. Parenthood is a beautiful roller coaster filled with joy, growth, challenges, and countless blessings.

What an honor it is to preserve these first moments and remind you to pause, breathe them in, and remember just how precious they are. These babies are such a gift from God, and I never take for granted the privilege of documenting the beginning of their story!

The more, the merrier!

There is something so special about a big cousin session.

As I watched these kids laugh, run, tease each other, and pile together for photos, it took me right back to childhood. Back to summer days with backyard barbecues with aunts and uncles, chasing fireflies after dark, family vacations, and making memories that seemed like they would last forever.

Cousins are such a unique gift. They’re family, but often feel more like siblings. They’re the ones who grow up alongside us, share inside jokes, get into mischief together, and help write some of the sweetest chapters of our childhood. The moments that will be talked about years from now when everyone is grown and looking back on the memories that shaped them.

Big families, loud laughter, and cousins who feel like best friends…I’ll never get tired of documenting that kind of love!

Graduation season is here, and this one is for the Littles.

Those tiny hands and small sweet features are no longer walking the Kindergarten halls. They’re stepping into the big leagues now… Kindergarten graduation complete and onto First grade!! What a joy it is to hear their excitement for all the things still left to learn, explore, and discover.

Congratulations, Miss Stella!! Keep shining bright, sweet girl. Your story is only just beginning. ✨🎓
