Logan & Hailey chose to begin their chapter with what I see as the most fitting allegory on their elopement day in Glacier National Park…
Below is a collection of feelings and actions I observed that not only shaped the day itself, but also what I feel describes what their love could look like throughout their lives together…
1. Despite a long day before, they chose to wake up together and prepare for the journey ahead of them with love and excitement in their hearts.
2. They fought an uphill battle that sometimes felt grueling and tedious, but was filled with many stops to rest enjoy the view, together.
3. There were frequent ‘check-in’s and words of affirmation between each other… always making sure neither left the other behind.
4. While seemingly on top of the world, there were quiet moments where they were “still.” They took in their surroundings and soaked up the loving words of friends and family, making time for peace.
5. When things became tough, they carried each other’s burdens.
6. What they thought would be the easy part, was not easy. The downhill climb was still hard, and they overcame the pain, and endured.
7. However tired and exhausted in the end, they still managed to laugh and look back on their hard work with pride.

✨Grinnell Glacier✨ was one of the most jaw-dropping locations I have been honored to document an elopement at, yet. I have so much gratitude for the trust that my clients placed in me to plan this out for them.
