As I plan to officially start up a running business by the end of 2021, I realized there are a few sessions I would love to add to my portfolio. If any of the sessions interest you, pm me and we can work out a deal!
1. I’d love to photograph a couple in their home and a family with their baby. My plan for these images would be for them to be very relaxed but still organized and clean.
2. For couple photos, I want to have a session with a couple at either a mountain setting, a parking lot, or urban exploring.
3. I need to get a few more male portraits under my belt.
4. Branding photography is something I want to advertising more of as well.

It is official Ladies and Gents, I am a college graduate! For those that were unaware I have been going to Randolph Community College where I studied Photography for three years. Yes sir I said three years, not two. It took me an extra year to adjust to the RCC lifestyle and full on commitment this program needed. I had never been challenged like I had during that time.
Now that I am closing this chapter, I am excited to say I can begin pursuing the goals I set for myself during my daydreaming days. I now have the skills and time to achieve my goals.

☼Happy September 1☼
Let me just say I am so excited and ready for this September. July and August were some of the hardest months so far this year. From a death in my family to finishing my first internship, I have had so many things happen. And yet here I am finishing my last few sessions. I have the most understanding families and couples! From balancing a 40hr a WEEK internship to taking some time to reflect and comfort.

Thought I’d post a sneak peak of last weeks engagement shoot with Kendle and Eli! They were troopers during this session! As the session was their first time getting portraits taken, I wanted to create a memorable time for them! And memorable it was for the three of us. From 🐜 in your pants to stepping on 🌵, from getting bit by horseflies to stubbing toes on rocks.

I figured it was about time to introduce myself to y’all on this ole account here✌🏼
If we haven’t met before, Hi there, I’m Samantha. If you are looking for a quirky camera woman📷 I’m the gal!
Here are some fun facts about the one behind the camera ::
☆I am a Jesus Freak! I am so far from being perfect, but I know my Father still loves me. And He loves you as well✞♡︎

★I’ve been interested in photography since the prehistorical high school times after my yearbook teacher handed me a camera and said to ‘figure it out’!

☆I am engaged to my best friend and I love him so much! He is the best blessing I never knew I needed and now know I never want to live without.

★I have one more semester left until I graduate from RCC with a degree in photojournalism!!! I’m so pumped💪🏼

☆While learning and honing this craft, I worked as a Substitute Preschool Teacher and nanny. I absolutely ♥︎ children

★Finally, I fell in the with photography because it has opened so many doors and has allowed me to meet new people. I have always been an introvert and talking to others used to scare me silly. But when I started photography I learned that with a camera in my hand I felt fearless! Today I can walk up to a complete stranger and treat them like a lifelong friend♡︎

Hey there! Spring is right around the corner and I’m coming to that stage in my life where I’m hoping to hunker down on this small business. I finally found the photo, but now I can’t find the right words to say.
A few weeks ago, my volunteer grandfather Jack passed away. He is in a better place and is no longer in pain, but he has also left a few things behind. Jack and Cindy have had a large influence in my life. From sharing with me their love of travel to listening to the stories from their adventures. It was even more exciting when I got to run over to their house next door and tell them about my own adventures. All three of us bonded in a way that has changed my life for the better and I will never forget the precious moments shared with them.
Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
