I owe so much gratitude to this incredible & beautiful couple for a multitude of reasons. They gave me the honor of documenting their love story since the beginning. When Dustin told me he wanted to propose to Giovanna and he wanted me to photograph that moment for him, I was so excited! His plan came together perfectly and the snapshots of tears and love that day made my heart sing. Fast forward to golden hour on a beach in Charleston to document their engagement and then, to this momentous day in Pawley's Island as they were enveloped in love and affection, I just couldn't have been happier to be part of all. Being a wedding photographer is by far my most favorite profession.
It's like stepping into someone's most vulnerable, joyous moment and being trusted to hold it forever for them. Every shutter captures every smile, every tear, every laugh and every shutter of a father's voice as he sees and embraces his daughter on her wedding day. I feel this warmth in my heart watching all of the magic take place, knowing I'm documenting this exceptionally unique love story like a little time capsule for my couples to unwrap years from now. Yes, it warms my heart every single time. ❤❤❤
