Your parents and grandparents all told us the older we get the faster time goes by, how true. I am so glad to have captured so many memories, over the years, a portrait does last a lifetime. I will be married to my husband Shane for 34 years this September, we have two beautiful children, grown up now, Ty is now 25, and Katie is going to be 30 this year, our family has grown we have 6 beautiful g
randsons, and a wonderful son inlaw and a soon to be daughter inlay. We are very blessed to have them so close! Things I love to do are: Spend time with family, love spending time with my grandsons, I love sunny days & cool nights, most any sporting event, of course shopping, and love watching the Voice there are so many talented people out there! And of course Love taking pictures! From the time i was a young girl i loved to take pictures. Started out taking pictures of all my animals from the cats to dogs and horses growing up, to starting to do weddings after i graduated from high school I worked for a photo lab for several years developing film and printing, then moved on to working for a Photographer here in town. Then decided to open my own studio in my home in 1987, the same year Katie was born . I've been in several locations over the years but only in Lexington. I have seen many changes in all the years of being in the business The biggest of course is the digital world, which is Great but also Challenging too! My hope has always been to create memories that we can look back on and say that was a special time whatever the occasion weather it be a wedding, the birth of your child, the milestones of life families, anniversaries, kids growing up and of course high school seniors, graduating and moving on to new adventures. This is why I love my Career as a Photographer I get to preserve those Memories what a Great adventure it has been.
