Magic can still happen at the Villa Roma...

While most people come here hoping for a great vacation, these two unknowingly stumbled into something even better.

At just 13 years old, they met right here in this very spot. Neither of them had any idea that a chance encounter would grow into years of friendship, love, laughter, and eventually... this moment.

Fast forward to today, and he got down on one knee exactly where their story began.

Talk about playing the long game.

Life has a funny way of bringing people full circle. Sometimes the places we remember aren't special because of the buildings or the scenery: they're special because of the people we meet there and the memories we create.

It's an incredible privilege to witness moments like this. Not just a proposal, but the continuation of a love story that's been quietly unfolding since childhood.

Congratulations to the future Mr. & Mrs. Jacabacci, Here's to proving that sometimes your soulmate really has been there all along... they just needed a few years to work up the courage to ask.

I don’t think the first look with Dad is about seeing the dress.

I think it’s about seeing time.

It’s watching a father quietly realize that the little girl he carried on his shoulders is now beginning a new chapter of her own.

It’s one of the few moments on a wedding day where nobody is performing for the camera.

It’s just love.

And that’s exactly why I’ll never stop documenting it.

Everyone waits for the perfect moment.

The perfect weather.
The perfect timing.
The perfect season of life.

But love has never asked for perfect.

Sometimes the skies are heavy.
The wind has a mind of its own.
The future feels uncertain.

And yet…

There you are.

Choosing each other anyway.

As a photographer, I could tell you this dress was incredible.
I could tell you the view was breathtaking.
I could tell you the light was beautiful.

But none of those are why I love these photographs.

I love them because they remind me that the most beautiful relationships aren’t built on perfect days…

They’re built by two people who keep showing up for one another, even when the skies look like this.

Years from now, I hope they won’t remember how dramatic the clouds were.

I hope they’ll remember how it felt to stand on the edge of a mountain, wrapped in possibility, knowing they had found the one person who made every unknown feel a little less scary.

Because that’s what the best photographs do.

They don’t just preserve what you looked like.

They preserve what it felt like to love, to trust, and to begin.
