I am sooooo excited to be partnering with the Omaha Better Birth Project!

If you don’t already know, OBBP provides access to doula services, childbirth education, and prenatal/postpartum support to low income and teen families in the Omaha area.

I’ve officially partnered with them to provide birth doula services through their grant program. Grant applications open on August 3, 2026! Check out their website at Omahabetterbirth.org for more info and to apply.

Two things can be true.

C-sections are overused. AND it is a valid, no-shame, sometimes necessary way to give birth.

Cesarean birth isn’t the “easy way” out, or less transformative. Cesarean birth IS birth.
