Y'all, say hey to my sister and her family.

The pandemic has been hard on us. Like most families, we are wishing we could be spending all of this valuable time together. Hopefully one day soon, life as we knew it will be back to a new normal. But for now, it was great being able to take photos for them at their house and doing a little catching up. We talked about our parents, brother, and grandparents and how we wish we could all get together.

When I started thumbing through photos from their session, this picture stood out for me. See, our grandma has always sang songs to us. The way the best grandmas do. My favorite song she sang was always, "How Much is That Doggy in the Window" and peep the window there! It's the Tarlowski dog, Jack! Right there in the window. Now, I don't know how much the doggy in that window costs, but I will surely pay because he is the sweetest little pup!
