I shared this on my personal page, but it belongs here too. I’m passionate about uplifting women and that includes myself. 💪🫶

This is a vulnerable post, but it’s been on my heart to step outside my comfort zone and share it, even if it makes me temporarily uncomfortable.

I’ve never struggled with my body image as much as I have in the past five years since giving birth. And I recognize that is a privilege, because so many women experience body image struggles from such a young age in so many different ways.

In December of 2024, I weighed 83 pounds. Today I’m 98 pounds and still working on rebuilding my strength.

This isn’t about how I look. It’s about how I feel.

For a long time I felt like I had lost my strength. And even though this past year has been one of the most difficult years of my life, I am proud of myself for not giving up on becoming the best version of myself.

For me. For my daughter. For my family. For my community. For my business.

Over the past year, I have been constantly reminded of who I am and what I am capable of. And I am proud of myself. Really REALLY proud of myself.

I am growing every single day physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. And I know that one day I will look back at these photos and feel even more proud of how far I have come.
