Michelle Marie Kidwell can we play again soon? 🥰 still one of my favorites

Themyscira, what the heck does that mean? Well... it's an island in the DC verse where the one and only WW is from.

I really could not think of a more perfect name for this session. Michelle came to me with this idea for a session that was strength and femininity all wrapped into one. A girls are more than just glitter and glam kind of idea.

We got so lucky with this backdrop of amazing storm clouds as it literally sprinkled everywhere around us but not on our little mountain top.

I know rolling hills and grass, strength and fitness rarely seem to go together in a session, but honestly I feel like that's part of what pulls this whole theme together. It wasn't just about lifting heavy stuff. It was about the softness that is feminine and beauty, but also the fierceness of nature and the conquering spirit.

Michelle represents all of these to me. She is a dear friend and she awes me constantly with her grace to handle the difficult things she faces, and also her incredible strength to keep pushing through.

This session has been one of the most difficult to edit, mostly because I have loved almost every image we took and narrowing them down has been a feat in itself.

Thank you so much Michelle for trusting me to interpret your vision and to bring it to life. And thank you to mother nature for playing along :)

I had the absolute HONOR to capture this beautiful couple (again) and celebrate their growing family.

I have captured so many moments in their lives, and each time is such a beautiful blessing to be a part of. I am so proud of these two and cried tears of joy when she reached out asking for maternity photos. This has been a long hard journey to get here, but it will be oh so sweet to meet this baby girl.

This last week I had the opportunity to have these two love birds in front of my lens again, and I couldn't have been more happy about it!

This was a specific request to grab a photo in front of the truck and what you don't see (thanks to cropping) is the traffic stop happening in the background! 🤣😂
