A month of working from home was honestly so good for me. I needed the reset, the slower mornings, and a little change of scenery.

But this time away also made me realize how much I’ve missed my little building — and especially these two ladies, KARMA BEAUTY ROOM and Farm and Thread

They started out as my neighbors and have become so much more than that. They’ve become my friends. 🤍

And I truly believe the Lord knew exactly what I needed when He put these women in my life. Especially Trisha. Her love for the Lord, the way she lives out her faith, and the way she inspires the people around her has been such a gift to me.

So today, as I bring my computer back and settle into my little studio again, I’m feeling really grateful.

For my business.
For my space.
For community.
And for the friendships I never expected to find at work. 🤍

A GIFT

Sometimes I stop and think… How did I get so blessed to do this? 🤍

What may look like me blowing up balloons for a cake smash session is so much more to me. It’s a gift.

A gift from Jesus that allows me to use the talents He gave me to document the sweetest milestones for families. The tiny fingers, the first birthdays, the messy cake, the belly laughs… moments that go by far too quickly.

I don’t take it for granted. Not one bit.

I’m so grateful He chose this path for me. 🤍
And I pray that through my work, even in the smallest moments, His goodness shines through.

If you've noticed I've been a little quieter around here lately, I wanted to share why.

The last six months have been full. We sold our home, moved into a place that already feels like the peaceful retreat I've been craving for a very long time, and even squeezed in a trip to Colorado just days after moving.

But somewhere along the way, I realized my heart has shifted.

My kids are in those last few years before adulthood, and I've found myself wanting to spend less time behind my computer and more time being present at home. This season is going by so quickly, and I'm incredibly grateful that this business—and all of you—have given me the flexibility to lean into what matters most right now.

I'm still here, still creating beautiful memories for my clients, busy as ever and I'll continue sharing little glimpses in my Stories.

IMPORTANT scheduling update: August is officially full, and I only have a few openings left in July, September, and October. If you've been thinking about booking a session this fall, now is the perfect time to reach out.

The mothers in waiting, praying for their turn.
The single mothers carrying it all.
The bonus moms loving children as their own.
The grieving mothers.
The first-time mothers.
The mothers healing from loss no one can see.
The grandmothers.
The mothers who feel unseen today.

Motherhood comes in so many forms, and every single one deserves to be honored.
