I’ve spent my life wishing to capture real moments on camera and approaching the everyday from a natural, artistic viewpoint. I grew up in Indiana in a musical family. After earning several music degrees I spent many years
working as a freelance editor while parenting my two children. But creativity kept nudging its way into my days in various forms until photography eventually became my passion. When I’m working with a family, I love to capture their story at that very moment. My photos create memories of days that fly by too quickly so that when they are gone, you have something tangible to remember what that time in your family’s life was like. I can’t wait to spend some time with you and bring you photographs that express your family connections in a beautiful, artistic, and timeless way. When I’m not behind the camera, I still love music, especially choral singing. I’m always reading something and I love visiting new places with my family as often as possible. I enjoy cooking and baking, watching movies and TV, and learning new things about photography on a daily basis.
