It deeply saddens us with the news that our dear friend, FreeBird, has gone missing since the end of August. FreeBird lived his life freely sharing his knowledge, spreading the word, and giving true deep genuine love. Freebird has been featured in our film A sense of Direction and had also helped us out with Mind Body Soul: The Nature of Well-Being film. Freebird had one of the biggest impacts on Alex, his life style, and the way he viewed the world. We don't want to let freebirds wisdom and genuine love dissapear so we invite you to watch The Making of Mind Body Soul - Ep 10 Gathering stories across the country.

Trauma builds up over the years, and we carry that weight around with us. We learn to cope with it and we develop survival mechanisms to continue functioning but that damage is still there. Amy is trying to transmute some of that damage with the healing power of nature.

While Amy is out here to heal herself, she is putting this journey out there for the world to see so that other people may learn from her process. Please share this with anyone who may be able to benefit from it.
