✨ BIG NEWS… Something incredible is coming. ✨
When I first started Mermaid Lake Bo***ir, my business name was different and my little “studio” was tucked inside my parents house in 2015 in my brothers old bedroom, then it got moved to my parents basement in their lake house, then to my first house in my guest room, then to my new house in my loft and was a little over 200sqft. It may have been small, but within those walls, hundreds of moments of courage, confidence, healing, and transformation happened❤️
Now… we’re taking the biggest leap we’ve ever made.
We are building a 2,000+ sqft luxury photography studio from the ground up.
Not a renovated building.
Not a converted warehouse.
Not a space that happened to work.
Every single inch has been intentionally designed with photography in mind. Every wall, every window, every ceiling height, every room has been carefully planned by yours truly to create the ultimate experience for our clients and endless creative possibilities for photography and vibes.
The vision? ✨ A luxury cabin nestled in the woods. ✨
Fun textures. Floor to ceiling windows. Natural light. Cozy elegance. A space that feels peaceful the moment you walk through the doors.
More than just a photography studio, this will become a place where women can feel safe, celebrated, empowered, and completely themselves.
But the dream doesn’t stop there…
📸 The studio will also be available for photographers to rent and create magic of their own.
🌲 And when it’s not being used for sessions, it will transform into a luxury Airbnb where couples can escape, reconnect, and enjoy a one of a kind experience surrounded by nature.
This has been years in the making, countless hours of planning, dreaming, redesigning, and believing that something extraordinary was possible.
I cannot wait to bring you along for every step of this journey and, before long, welcome you through these doors.
From my brothers bedroom…
to over 2,000 square feet…
Proof that sometimes the biggest dreams really do start in the smallest spaces. 🤍
So thankful for my mom, dad, Morton Buildings, and my Uncle Scott for helping make this dream a
