Up at 4 with baby, kids out the door by 7 and 9. Emails the second I wake up, brand meetings after baby goes down for a nap which is hard because he’s teething right now… IYKYK. I film during nap time! Luckily today was skincare so no glam haha. Getting my electrolytes and fiber in… my brain recently decided I hate water… ☠️

Edit after bedtime. This is the real BTS of me looking brave and put together. Messier than it looks, and that’s the point. Doing it anyway… when you can, how you can. Don’t let it become an excuse not to try!

Okay friend, we need to talk about this “I’ll post when I feel ready” thing. 🩷

Bravery isn’t just magically going to come… I promise you. I didn’t feel ready pitching a Costco buyer. I didn’t feel ready across the table from five investors. I definitely didn’t feel ready the first time I hit post on my own face, hand shaking and everything.

I’m convinced waiting to Feel Ready is just a story we tell ourselves to stay hidden a little longer. You don’t need to feel ready, you just need to be brave for the ten seconds it takes to hit post. Everything will be okay I promise haha!!!

I keep coming back to this thought…
Working moms are doing something that honestly doesn’t have a word big enough for it. It isn’t balance. It isn’t multitasking. It’s just this quiet relentless act of loving deeply and building something real at the exact same time with no off switch and no pause button and absolutely no instruction manual lol!

And what gets me is that their kids are watching all of it. Not the hard moments necessarily. Just the image of someone who shows up. Every single day. For them and for the family and herself at the same time.

I think about that a lot on the days when the juggle feels like too much.
If you are somewhere in that beautiful messy middle right now, I just want you to know that what you are doing matters so much more than it feels like on the hard days. 🤍✨

If you’re a mom wondering whether it’s too late to start something new, get ready with me, let’s talk about it. 💄

This year I decided to take content seriously, and honestly? It was terrifying. I’m not 22 and fearless. I’m a mom of 4, in my thirties and starting something brand new at this stage of life felt a little insane! I was soooo hung up on what people were doing to think I did nothing for 2 yrs! This year it kept coming up and I kept coming back to one thought: if not now, when? The kids aren’t going to get less busy. There is no perfect, quiet, well-rested version of me that’s going to magically appear haha. So I started scared. Messy. Imperfect.

And it’s genuinely been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’ve been thinking about starting something new but scared and too nervous to pull the trigger let’s have a little hype girl moment haha. What did you start (or want to start) this year?👇

Kids delivered to school!! Captain Crunch is BACK in this house!! Massage chair: activated!! 🎉
Summer was fun and chaotic and loud and I loved every second of it but let’s be honest… I also survived on fumes, sunscreen, and snack duty for 10 straight weeks lol. Now the routine is back, the house is quiet by 8am, and I am celebrating like it’s my personal new year!!
Cereal in a bowl the size of my head? Check. Massage chair humming? Check. Five minutes where nobody needs anything from me? CHECK!!
