Sometimes Mother Nature likes to keep photographers guessing 😂 We scheduled this session, and the forecast called for 25–30 mph winds. We figured we’d better reschedule. The second attempt? The weather app promised beautiful, calm weather.We arrived and the wind had other plans. Sometimes that’s just the way it goes! I’m so grateful Liz and her girls were willing to laugh, roll with it, and trust the process. Because despite it being a windy night, these images turned out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with them. Thanks, Liz and girls! You are beautiful.

I ❤️ summer! I was having a convo in the mom group chat yesterday about the heat. Yes…I am of the age where conversations about the weather happen😂 Yes, it’s hot. Embracing it and soaking it in is the only way I get through the winter. ☀️☀️☀️ Just roll with it when I’m dripping in sweat at your sessions.
