“How’s your little photography business going?”

Pretty incredible, actually.

Because it was never just about taking pretty pictures.
It’s watching a woman walk into my studio nervous, picking herself apart, convinced she isn’t photogenic...
and then watching her face when she sees herself on that screen.

It’s confidence. It’s celebrating the body that carried her through 40+ years of life. It’s doing something completely outside of her comfort zone. It’s giving her photographs she’ll still have decades from now.

I just happen to use a camera to do it.

So yeah... my little photography business is going pretty damn well. 🖤
