I'm here for the version of you thay got a little lost somewhere along the way, between survival mode, heartbreak, growth, and becoming everything everyone else needed you to be.

I can't be the only person who receives a compliment with a smile but deep down don't actually believe it. It doesn't matter if that compliment comes from a stranger, friend, family, or significant other, as soon as I hear it, instead of getting excited and happy, the little voice in the back of my head jumps to "nah, they are just being nice, they dont mean that." "Are you sure??" "No way they are talking to me,"

That swimsuit that's hiding in the back of your drawer, the one you love and won't get rid of because "one day" you'll put it on again. The one that still fits you, but you don't ever wear because you got the idea that your body shouldn't be seen in it, you need to "loose a few pounds" or "get a tummy tuck" before you'll ever wear it again.

Welp, that's not the case, and you'll be reaching for it several times this summer! Why? Because you finally had your session and no longer feel like you need to hide.

During your experience you realized your body is actually sexy and strong and beautiful. You had a revelation that you can wear that swimsuit to the beach and absolutely rock it!
