Anyone else feeling like their brain has 47 tabs open right now?

Between my 9 year old back-to-school, the start of traveling sports, a new puppy, a 2 year old who needs me every 4.5 seconds, keeping up with the house and running a small business from home… I feel like I haven’t had a second to actually turn my brain off.

I have sticky notes EVERYWHERE because apparently that’s the only way I’m remembering anything these days. 😂

I love being a mom and I love my business, but lately I am just mentally EXHAUSTED. There’s always something to do, somewhere to be, or something I’m afraid I’m going to forget.

Please tell me I’m not the only one…
How do you guys manage the chaos without feeling completely overwhelmed? Any tips are welcome!

Friendly reminder

Your spot isn’t secured until I have your signed contract and deposit.

I get asked sometimes why photographers require this… and honestly, it’s because of the people who cancel last minute or simply don’t show up.

When I schedule a session, I’m setting that time aside from my family and turning away other people who may have wanted that spot.

I totally understand that things come up, but the deposit is what officially holds your date and time.
