Yes, it's been a long time since anything was posted here but with knowledge that Facebook suppresses all unfinanced business postings, it can be pretty demotivating.
Anyway, below is a video just produced for a house we just shot in Winter Park, CO. This soon-to-be former vacation rental (unless a vacation rental is what the next owner wants) will hit the market any day now and will be one of only a few properties for sale in this area.

Lately we've had a couple of clients who wanted to use our Matterport virtual tour skills to make a 3D model of their new home just before the drywall goes in. This way, they will have a map forever of where all of the pipes and wires are in their home. Pretty slick idea, eh??

We just photographed this well-updated home yesterday and it is listing very shortly with Holly Vejrostek. It has just enough space and a nice sized back yard featuring two large outbuildings. Located very near to a park with water features and conveniently located to downtown and anything else but still in a calm neighborhood. It will be ready for showings this Saturday the 10th - at a great price point with no HOA, don't expect this one to hang around!
