The Creation Station Studios -- From 10,000 Tapes to the Trading Floor -- We built The Creation Station Studios in 2014 and recorded more than 10,000 self tapes across Los Angeles, Texas, and New York — over $4M in productions for clients repped by CAA, UTA, Gersh, Paradigm and APA, and helped countless actors book roles on shows, movies, TV series, and commercials along the way.
Then technology caught up to us. Phones got good enough, apps got free, and every actor became their own studio. Rates raced to the bottom. The self-tape era concluded — the only people still selling “professional self-tape services” today are the ones with nothing else to offer, preying on actors who don’t yet know they can do it themselves.
So we pivoted. Now we teach actors, YouTubers, and influencers how to trade futures, leverage prop firm capital instead of their own, build credit, and build a real business through Plopjoy and Keivnomics.com — via private groups, mastermind coaching, and 1:1 consulting. This isn’t a competition against other creators for the same role. It’s a skill you can learn — and once you know it, you can get your time back and live comfortably between bookings, not just survive until the next one.
