One of my all time favorite desserts is DÒUHUĀ 豆花 - Tofu Pudding.

Tofu Pudding is an ancient Chinese dessert that traces all the way back to 122 BC (possibly way before that).

It can be enjoyed as a sweet, savory or spicy dessert with endless topping combinations and is eaten differently around the vast regions of China & Asia.

The first time I enjoyed this refreshing dessert was when I traveled to Taiwan 🇹🇼 in 2015 and the locals recommended i have it cold with peanuts 🥜. It was the best thing ever! 😋

A year later I found myself traveling around China 🇨🇳 and I got to enjoy more variations of this delicious dessert.

For the longest time I had Tofu Pudding on my mind! And then one day (recently) I googled it and found Meet Fresh 鮮芋仙澳門 here in Los Angeles.

So for now, I can enjoy it here and hope that soon I will be able to enjoy it somewhere else in Asia 🙏🏼
