This month carries memories that helped shape and cement my legacy.
June 21, 1988 — My mother brought me back to Washington, D.C. after 11 years in Virginia. That transition changed my life in ways I’m still unpacking today.
June 15, 1993 — I graduated from Cardozo High School with two diplomas, including one from Foundation of Global Bridges (Saturday Academy), and earned four scholarships, including athletic and scholastic offers from Shepherd University.
June 23, 1996 — I entered the world of professional wrestling in Smithfield, North Carolina, shortly after my encounter with Ernie Ladd. My late half-brother Craig helped open that door. Rest easy, brother—I wish you were here to see it all.
June 2015 — Graduated from Los Angeles Film School in Los Angeles with an Associate of Science in Recording Arts. Audio engineer. Live sound engineer.
June 9, 2026 — Graduated from Los Angeles City College at Greek Theatre with certification in In-Home Health Support Skills and state licensing.
Yesterday was dedicated to the memory of my late cousin, Nicheshia Semple. Thirty years later, her loss still echoes through our family. Her passing marked the beginning of major chapters in my life.
Book 1 is finished—the Virginia beginnings.
The next book will tell the story of my life in the West.
I’ve spent 15 years in LA documenting life through photography, writing, and survival. I have stories, receipts, and truths that many never heard.
I’ve endured betrayal, legal battles, public humiliation, health crises, and the destruction of work I spent years building. But I’m still here.
Some of the most painful chapters of my life are now being reviewed through legal channels as I fight to clear my name and seek accountability through the proper process.
I refuse to let my story be written by anyone else.
This memoir is untold and uncensored from my own words.
From a child caught in family turmoil to a man shaped by the people of Diggs Town, aka Diggs Park Housing Projects in Norfolk, this is only the beginning.
Book 1 is officially being shopped.
The saga continues…
