Growing up, there were only a few athletes that I admired, and one of them was Kobe Bryant. His work ethic on and off the court, the love he shared to everyone, the "mamba mentality" that people followed, and also saying "Kobe" everytime we took a shot with a crunched up ball of paper or and actual jump shot on the court. Its still surreal that this just happened, and everyone is in shock. I just hope that we can all look at this incident and appreciate the lifes we have. We only have one shot at this, so make sure to tell the people close to you, that you love them... and also... make sure if someone tells you "Let me know when you get home"... to actually respond back to that. It goes a long way. @ Staples Center
