It's not every day a client comes back for a second shoot. When they do, it means something.

Erika Liu Wong, founder of Elevate, reached out because her brand had grown and her visuals needed to catch up. She had a community of ambitious women to lead, an event launching in November, and a book in the works. Her photos needed to reflect all of it.

We built a full shoot day around her vision. Eight looks, a stunning studio and a shot list designed around where she is headed as a founder, speaker, and community builder. And we brought back hair and makeup artist Make-Up by Karla A. Vallejo, who worked with Erika on her first shoot as well.

What I love most about returning clients is getting to see how much they have grown, and being trusted to document that next chapter alongside them.

If you are a business owner whose brand has evolved but your visuals have not caught up, that gap is worth paying attention to. Your photos are often the first impression you make, and they should reflect who you are right now, not who you were two years ago.

Before she packed up and left LA, I got to spend an afternoon photographing my dear friend (and favorite swiftie) in her beautiful home. ✨ We kept things laid back, just capturing her in her space, surrounded by her style, which she and her home both have so much of! (A couple of cute pets made an appearance also. 😍)

Melissa Fabello is a s*x & relationships educator and coach who blends educational theory, holistic life coaching, and developmental psychology to help people build healthier, values-aligned relationships. Her approach is politicized, centering social justice, power dynamics, trauma, and identity in how she teaches relational and emotional growth.

New photos for Giovanni Oliva!

Gio reached out wanting a new headshot and to capture his story of growth and leadership, and left saying he felt like an "actor on set for a day."

One of his favorite photos ended up being of him smiling, which he swore he never does in pictures.

Photoshoots don’t have to be sressful or intimidating - they can actually be fun and empowering.
