Home is whenever I'm in Oregon, which makes being able to go back to Oregon for a summer visit so incredibly exciting!

My heart is so full of love and joy to share with you that one year ago today, I watched my niece enter this world.

What I remember most is spending the entire day with my sister, doing all of our favorite things, hoping we could get Elayna to make her entrance into this world. After getting our favorite Yumberry Bowls, we strolled downtown Grants Pass, and enjoyed time just in conversation. Shortly after, Alyssa went into labor.

I think why I love this memory most is that it reminded me that life's most simple moments, can be the beginning of something that will change your life forever. For me, nothing better describes little Elayna: a wonderful, joyous baby girl who lights up every day in the most grand of ways.

Happy 1st Birthday sweet Elayna! Being your Aunt is a treasure I cherish most

I was so humbled to be a part of my dear friend Kiley's wedding to her best friend, and to have the chance to capture some of their precious moments together.

What I loved most was the simplicity of their day, it inspired me so. There were so many laughs, the focus never leaving why we all gathered in Las Vegas. Two people who met, fell in love, and went back to where their love story started to begin on a new adventure together.
