TODAY auditioning for a short industrial film produced by Switch.... Here's the details:

Male VO talent desired for a short industrial. Applicants should have strong youthful voice, clear diction and should have the ability to make rather boring technical text sound upbeat and conversational.
This is a quickie that might lead to more regular gigs. Recording will take place in Venice at our studio, but remote artists with home studios will also be considered.

TO AUDITION:

3. Read the following copy:

The Chapman Avenue undercrossing, part of the State Route 57 Widening Project, included a particular challenge with a specific solution. Using the technique of "Bridge Jacking" the bridge widening was repeatedly raised and lowered. The single span bridge is a 152 foot long structure, 19 foot wide with a 15 foot 9 inch clearance above Chapman Avenue. The 600-ton bridge-widening required a temporary support structure, known as falsework. In order to provide sufficient room for the falsework materials and maintain the minimum 15 foot clearance required for traffic accessibility, the bridge was constructed in a raised position, 3 feet above its final location.
