One year ago, multiple fires literally ripped through LA. One year later there are many words to describe the impact. Too many. Would love to hear some of those words from the elected officials here but that’s for another post…

📸 Here are some of my favorite shots I took documenting the aerial firefighting efforts of the by agencies from multiple counties and states. Real heroes!

Last slide shows a ground crew (inmates?) walking the smoldering mountain side. I noticed them in a frame while editing and zoomed in 4x to see the little orange dots. The scale of what burned is immense and almost incomprehensible. 🚁💦🔥
