Returning to social media after a prolonged absence, which included a four-month legal battle for child custody in a bustling city like Shanghai, China, feels like emerging from a tunnel into the daylight. It's been a journey marked by emotional highs and lows, navigating the complexities of the legal system in a foreign land while grappling with the personal stakes involved.

During those months, my focus was consumed by court dates, paperwork, and tense negotiations, all set against the backdrop of a city that buzzes with energy and opportunity. From the towering skyscrapers lining the skyline to the winding alleys of the old town, Shanghai's dynamic spirit served as both a backdrop and a reminder of the world outside the courtroom walls.
