The Drop: A Snowfall Saga changed my life and my career. More than anything, it gave me a family.

That experience will always be one of the most meaningful chapters of my life, and I will forever be grateful to have been part of its legacy.

Mami, ¿cómo explico en una sola palabra todo lo que sos para mí, si has sido tantas cosas a lo largo de mi vida?

Sos mi amor, mi ángel y mi maestra.
Mi ejemplo y mi amiga.
Mi socia en tantos sueños, mi compañera de viajes y aventuras, la chef que siempre sabe cómo hacerme sentir en casa… y tantas cosas más.

Has estado a mi lado mientras he crecido, he soñado, me he equivocado, he aprendido y he recorrido el mundo. Y entre tantos lugares, tantas personas y tantas historias, sigo teniendo la misma certeza:

no existe ningún lugar en el mundo que se sienta tanto como hogar como estar cerca de ti !!

Si algo bueno hay en mí, en alguna parte lleva algo tuyo.

Y hoy, más que nunca, pienso también en esa frase tan nuestra, tan costarricense:

“Feliz la madre costarricense que sabe al parir que su hijo nunca será soldado.” 🕊️

Qué privilegio que entre todas las personas de este mundo, a mí me haya tocado llamarte Mamá.

Feliz Día de la Madre a mi amor, mi cómplice, mi ejemplo, mi socia….. mi todo. ❤️. TE AMO MUCHO MAMI !!!

Watching these firefighters work today was a powerful reminder of the courage, precision, and teamwork behind every emergency response.

On the ground and in the air, firefighters, pilots, dispatchers, emergency crews and multiple agencies work as one — putting themselves in harm’s way to protect people, homes and communities.

Nothing but respect for those who run toward what the rest of us run from.
