For the past 9 weeks, every Saturday afternoon, I’ve been working behind the scenes capturing the beauty, culture, and people of Leimert Park.
I’m beyond grateful to have been selected by LA Commons for this workshop and to be trusted with documenting something so rich and intentional.
On April 30, 2026, my photography will be presented at The Getty Museum in Los Angeles, CA as part of a private event centered around photography and the Black Arts Movement, alongside other local and renowned photographers. What an honor.
All of these images were shot on film and developed by me—every frame, every moment, fully intentional.
In late June, my final project will be showcased at a gallery (more details to come). This is not a public event and is invite only, but if you’d like to attend, feel free to reach out and I’ll add you to my guest list.
