We saw some fireworks out of our Ocean View room at the Hilton Waikiki Beach. This wasn't part of the weekly Hilton Hawaiian Village Friday night fireworks. This was film on Sunday, April 22, 2018, so I am not sure why this show was put on. Possibly for earth week? The fireworks were launched from a boat just outside of Waikiki Bay. My Wife and I visited Le Petit Paris in Downtown LA for her birthday and ordered the Parmesan Cheese Wheel Pasta that they make table side with Flambeed Cognac! Here's a video of them making it.
